My musical journey began at the age of eight at the Levine School in D.C. Under the guidance of Juilliard alumni Hae Soon Hahn and Olga Khroulevitch, I developed a strong foundation in classical violin.
As concertmistress, I led numerous prestigious youth orchestras, including the Rappahannock Youth Symphony, Fredericksburg Area Young Musicians Orchestra, Mid-Atlantic Strings Festival, and the National Symphony Orchestra Summer Strings Institute.
A highlight of my early career was touring Spain with the Shenandoah Conservatory, culminating in a solo performance at Carnegie Hall. This experience sparked my passion for international performance.
In Paris, I pursued Violin Performance at the École Normale de Musique Alfred Cortot. My mentors included Liana Gourdjia, former soloist with the National Symphony Orchestra of Moscow, and Igor Volochine. During this time, I toured extensively through France and Italy.
Returning to the United States, I served as a violinist with the Hershey Symphony and West Shore Symphony, while also working as a K-8 Music educator and choir director at Saint Catherine Labouré School in Harrisburg, PA.
Now, I am thrilled to offer online violin instruction, bringing a unique blend of American and French classical training methods to students worldwide. My years of international performance experience and diverse teaching background allow me to provide high-quality, personalized instruction in a virtual setting.
